warm welcome super clean room breakfast options
i received a warm welcome from the owners, alan and trudi. the hotel room was super clean and well-equipped. breakfast included many options such as cereals , yogurt , fruit and toast.
noise from adjacent rooms was audible.

excellent seaside stay
prime location lovely views
the cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me greatly. the breakfast room offered amazing views and i found the food excellent. alan and trudi were very accommodating and provided prime hospitality. i appreciated that they accepted our dog without hesitation.
i could hear sounds from the room next to mine more clearly than i expected. it wasn't due to excessive noise but rather the acoustics of the building. this situation could benefit from some soundproofing.

a residents-bar sat comfortably next to the breakfast-room providing a relaxed atmosphere. metal door-keys secured both the room and the hotel front-doors enhancing the feeling of safety. free parking outside the hotel was very convenient.

breakfast was delicious with many choices available each day. breakfast was cooked to order allowing for personal preferences. little bottles of fresh milk accompanied the tea tray a thoughtful addition.

helpful staff convenient location perfect location free parking
alan and trudie were fabulous they couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome i would rate it excellent the room had everything i needed the location was perfect i found free parking right outside the hotel it was a really convenient spot
i could hear the neighboring room sometimes i don't think they were being particularly noisy it was just that sound carried a bit

the hotel offers a residents bar in a comfortable seated area breakfast is served in a dedicated breakfast room the front doors use metal keys for entry ensuring security it felt very secure.

the owners were very cute and friendly i found them helpful nothing seemed too much trouble for them they really made an effort to ensure every guest felt comfortable and looked after.

breakfast perfection clean room
The breakfasts were cooked exactly to my specific requests. Everything was perfect. I also loved the pillows!!! The room was super clean and fresh.
I could hear the neighboring room. I do not think they were noisy.

thin walls temperamental shower
the walls felt too thin. i could hear everything happening in the next room. it wasn't even like they were loud, but every conversation and cough travelled right through. also, the shower was a little temperamental with its temperature. it fluctuated between hot and cold.
